This Data Protection Policy is in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
Khon Kaen University shall have the authority and responsibility to make decisions regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller” under the law.
The Program in Information Science, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University may assign designated personnel to act on its behalf, who shall be regarded as “Data Processors” in accordance with the law.
All Users of the iCred-KKU System are deemed “Data Subjects” as defined by law and are entitled to all rights provided under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
